Client hereby agrees that in no instance shall Pinnacle Excursions Inc. be liable for any technical problems, system failures and malfunctions, communication line failures, equipment or software failures or malfunctions, system access issues, system capacity issues, high Internet traffic demand, security breaches and unauthorized access, misquoted website prices caused by technical failures, and or other similar technical related problems and defects regardless of such issues are caused by Pinnacle Excursions Inc or a third party supplier. Client hereby further agrees by using the site to not to hold or seek to hold us or any of our agents or Third Party Service Providers liable for any o f the above stated technical problems or any pricing discrepancies caused by such malfunctions.
